Elder
Team
The Elders team desires to be an example of a disciple and living a discipleship lifestyle and providing prayerful direction, protection from false teaching, discerning God's will, and shepherding the flock of God here at GRACE.
Consistory Leadership Team
The Consistory leadership team is made of the Elders and Deacons who seek to be an example of a disciple and living a discipleship lifestyle and work together to lead and discern God's will for the GRACE family.
Deacon Leadership Team
The Deacon team desires to be an example of a disciple and living a discipleship lifestyle as they steward God's resources for His purposes at GRACE and in our community.

Grace Ministry Leaders Team (GMLT)
The GMLT is comprised of ministry leaders and staff who meet with the Consistory once a quarter to share how their ministries are fulfilling GEFC's vision and mission as we work together for God's glory.
Shepherding
Team
The GEFC Shepherding team is comprised of all of the Elders and Deacons who have been ordained at GRACE. This team meets twice a year together but is involved in shepherding the individuals and families of the GRACE family by providing care, direction, and prayer.
Life Cycle Ministry Teams
We have four ministry teams that help provide opportunities depending on your current life situations to help you grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

We have four ministry teams that help provide opportunities for the Grace family to serve as a disciple in areas of the Christian life that impact the entire church family.
Ministry
Leaders
Almost all of our ministry programs are lead by volunteer disciples who serve to provide leadership to our ministry programs. Our ministry leaders meet at least once a year to be encouraged and receive training as a leader.
