Meet our Deacons

This group of hardworking men form the Deacon Team who are part of our Grace Leadership Team. We are so grateful for this group (and their wives) and their dedication to being the hands of feet of Jesus and stewarding the gifts He has blessed us with. MARK ERICKSON

Head Deacon

  • Mark lives in Fond du Lac with his wonderful wife, Annette.

  • They have attended Grace Church since 1988.

  • ​He enjoys watching sports, and playing golf.​

 

​Favorite Bible Verses:

Psalm 46:10 "Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!"

MARK JOPLING

Deacon

  • Mark is married to his wonderful wife, Ginny. They've been at Grace for many many years.

  • They have 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

  • He enjoys sports of all kinds but his favorites are football, basketball and golf.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."

JOE VENHUIZEN

Deacon

  • Joe lives in Fond du Lac with his beautiful wife Melissa and their three boys: Jude, Asher and Ezra.

  • He shares joy with others through good food, amateur golf, and working with his hands. You might even catch him doing live comedy.​​

Romans 15:13 "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope."

DAN HOLDRIDGE

Deacon

  • Dan and his wife Anita have attended Grace for over 30 years, and have been blessed with 3 sons who have blessed them with 3 awesome daughters-in-law, and 5 amazing grandchildren.

  • Dan enjoys hard work ​and serving others. He also loves to duck hunt and fish when he is not working! ​

Favorite Bible Verses:

Philippians 4:6-8 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

DAN LUEDKE

Deacon

  • Dan lives in Fond du Lac with his beautiful wife Lisa. They have 2 daughters and a grand dog.

  • They have attended Grace Church since 2003

  • He enjoys watching sports, trying to improve his golf game, and vacationing with family.​​​​
